The recent

hd_erised fic The Claiming of Grimmauld Place involves a sentient!Grimmauld Place as a plot device. Enjoyment of this fic inspired several people on the Drarry Discord server to come up with a list of fics with similar themes.

I’ve read all of these fics except for the last one (which I haven’t yet read but which came highly recommended by others) and they were all thoroughly enjoyable worthwhile reads which I am happy to recommend :)
